The island known locally as Koh He or Coral Island is a short boat ride from one of the main harbours in Chalong. It's a perfect charter destination for families and for those who are looking to do water sports and is a great short day trip.

There are two main beaches, our favourite is the less crowded Banana beach, the fish here are always ready to come to eat from your hands and surround you in the water and at certain times of the year you can see hornbills come to feed in the surrounding trees.

There is an open air restaurant where you can relax under a tree canopy with a great view of all of the action on the beach, with a large swimming area roped off for safety in front of the restaurant, it's a great swimming and fish feeding location for the kids.

The coral reefs from which  island gets its name are ideal for snorkelling. Just opposite the island of Koh Lon has several beautiful places to moor up the boat and ideal for a sleep over on an Overnight Charter.

Just to the east off Cape Promthep, lies Koh Kaew Yai a small Buddhist retreat island with a large Buddha statue. It has a small community of monks, and legend has it that the Buddha took his first step into Siam on this Island.

The West coast of Phuket offers many secluded beaches and bays. When the winds are blowing from Phi Phi, it is a more sheltered destination, ideal for the kids.
